Complex projects are getting harder to deliver.
Experienced senior oversight is harder to find.
The cost of inadequate project and technical authority — incidents, compliance failures, schedule overruns, and client disputes — far exceeds the cost of getting it right. Corvus Management exists to close that gap: providing the calibre of project and operational command that demanding work requires, from subsea and offshore campaigns to construction, renewables, and infrastructure builds, without the overhead of a permanent hire.
